Shamrock is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the care of all horses on the Blue Dot Barn property. Shamrock works closely with our team of stable hands and office management to make sure that the day-to-day needs of the horses and the horse owners are met. Shamrock has been working on the property for over 8 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in caring for horses.

Carmen helps keep things running smoothly! From helping with administrative aspects and supporting Shamrock by running errands, translating, and helping the stable hands when they need an extra hand.

Jorge and Hugo take excellent care of the horses and the land at Blue Dot Barn. Jorge has been working on the property for over 11 years and Hugo has been with us for over 2 years. Together they make sure horses are fed, watered, turned-out, blanketed and just generally pampered. They also take care of the property to make sure that horses and people can enjoy the forests and grassland of the natural landscape as well as the built environment. We very much appreciate all that Jorge and Hugo do to keep all the horses and the natural environment happy and healthy!
